yummy pap



rice (i like brown/wholegrain - chewier and more filling)
soy milk (sans mucus)
bit of coconut milk (oily - better than cheese)
lots of fresh coconut (cracking a coconut is an adventure /`)
mint :fresh at the end
touch of oil
smidge of sea-salt
some herbs
over-ripe mango
banana
nectarine
rind (zest) lime
cardamon seeds (leave whole discard pods)
cook Low & Sloow
- an hour ,try a drop for chewiness factor:
serve hot with mint tomato corn-on-the-cob - uncooked:the stalk as a handle
serve cold with sprouts
fresh is best.
