LUV thread

Following on from Craig's pub analogy, coincidentally The Boys on a
footy show on the wireless the other day were simply observing that
(to paraphase) young players, when critical (in the positive, helpful
sense) advice is levelled at [them] they go "walkabout for twelve
weeks"; whereas experienced players engage in the rigourous debate.

May I postulate that one comparison could be a FunDaMental difference
between TAFE and Uni.

One observation I made was that the dummy-spitter said : "bye" and disappeared.
I call it "Hit-and-Run" / "running dog" (barks and flees)
